Job Title: Public Health BIM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Health BIM Modeler to play a key role in the development of our public health projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. BIM Development: Creation and management of detailed BIM models for public health facilities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  3. Model Coordination: Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  4. Standards Compliance: Ensure that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  5. Project Management: Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  6. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in BIM modelling with a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering.
  • Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in Middle East projects is highly preferred.
  • Decent knowledge about Drainage, Water Supply, Storm Water & Fire Protection Services.
  • Basic design knowledge regarding PHE & Fire Protection Services will be an added advantage.
