Job Title: Project Coordinator

 

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects related to Zoho CRM, Website Development, and sales tools. You will work closely with vendors, stakeholders, and our CTO to ensure timely execution and alignment with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with Zoho partners, agencies, and developers to execute projects efficiently.

2. Manage website rollouts, bug fixes, and vendor collaborations to ensure seamless project delivery.

3. Translate sales/marketing needs into actionable tasks and implement them accordingly.

4. Test and validate deployments to ensure high-quality deliverables.

5. Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guides, and release notes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

6. Conduct weekly project status reviews to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

7. Suggest automations and improvements to enhance project efficiency and productivity.

 

Requirements

1. 2-4 years of experience in tech project coordination.

2. Exposure to Zoho CRM and understanding of web basics (HTML, CMS, WordPress/Shopify).

3. Familiarity with Google Sheets, Jira/Trello, Slack, Notion, and other collaboration tools.

4. Strong task management and communication skills.

Bonus Points

1. Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.

2. Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and Zoho Flow.

3. Vendor management experience.
