Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects run smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to act as a bridge between clients, creative teams, and strategists. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients to gather inputs, approvals, and feedback, as well as managing timelines across content calendars, posts, and campaigns.

  • Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Manage project timelines and schedules
  • Work closely with designers, writers, and editors to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress
  • Support in research and development of personal branding content

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and workflows is an asset
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, or CRM platforms
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
