Job Title: Senior Associate

We are a global consultancy founded in 1993, with a history of placing executives in high-impact roles.

We work with companies across financial services, professional and business services, high-growth technologies, and corporates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of search assignments, including research mapping, candidate engagement, and client relationship management.
  • Handle existing relationships with key clients and ensure we 'farm' these relationships well.
  • Work on mandates from multiple industries/sectors, geographic regions, and in conjunction with other associates in joint assignments.
Support to Consultants:
  • Provide research support, including preparing presentations, anticipating client requirements, and providing market analysis information.
  • Assist with formulation of research strategies, specifying target companies and universes.
  • Map the universe for an assignment by networking extensively on the telephone with sources and candidates.
Candidate & Client Interaction:
  • Attend candidate interviews with consultants, take detailed notes, and conduct solo candidate meetings with junior or middle-ranking executives.
  • Interview junior candidates against set competencies using questions.
  • Proactively meet candidates or sources built rapport with on the telephone and develop a group of reliable sources.
Attributes:
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience.
