Note: The position is open for flexible work arrangements in Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune locations.

As a senior marketing professional, you'll be responsible for Resource Management, Client Relationship Management, Performance Evaluation, Escalation Management, and Overall Delivery for your span. We're looking for a skilled Search and Social Performance Marketing Talent to join our dynamic marketing team with expertise in search and social platforms like Google Ads, SA360, Bing Ads, Apple Search, Amazon Search, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.

The goal is to inspire and engage the target audience.

  • Optimize resource utilization levels and keep internal & external stakeholders informed
  • Ensure quality delivery according to defined SLAs
  • Drive team adherence to internal/external tools and processes
  • Maintain team motivation through regular touch points/team engagement activities
  • Detail-oriented with strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills for various audiences (internal or external)
  • Sense of ownership; responsible for team/client management, performance monitoring & reviews
  • End-to-end campaign management experience in running paid ads on Meta, Twitter, etc
  • Stay updated with industry news and developments; analyze, keep pace with, and regularly document search engine industry trends across web/mobile platforms and adopt new/best practices on an ongoing basis
  • Conduct new tests, analyze performance, and provide insights on how performance could be improved
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Paid Social Ads Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with online marketing tools and best practices

Campaign Management Experience: 1-5 years of experience in Paid Social ads specifically, with expertise in Meta, Instagram, Twitter, and end-to-end campaign management, including reach and frequency campaigns

Team & Client Management Skills: Proven track record of effective team and client management

Subject-matter-expert for Search: In-depth knowledge of search engine marketing and advertising

Time Management and Analytical Skills: Effective time-management skills and strong analytical skills, critical thinker, and problem-solving skills

Digital Marketing Knowledge: Advanced Excel, Word, and Power Point skills, with knowledge of different digital marketing channels
