Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at ShiningStars ITPL. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for interacting with potential and existing customers through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats to persuade them to purchase our insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
  • Actively source new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
  • Utilize virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
  • Process customers' purchase orders and liaise with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.

Requirements
  • Candidates should be comfortable with speaking English Language.
  • Pure Day Shift.
  • Candidates speaking their Regional Language can also apply.
  • Experience into sales domain would be an add-on.
