Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director with 8+ years of experience to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in startup environments (preferably HR Tech), where they have successfully built brands, developed positioning strategies, and executed performance-driven digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Development & Positioning:
    • Create and establish a strong and differentiated brand identity and positioning.
    • Develop compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences and aligns with the company's vision.
    • Build a consistent brand voice across all channels.
  • Inbound Lead Generation:
    • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and grow the inbound lead funnel.
    • Leverage SEO, SEM, and content marketing to improve discoverability and conversions.
    • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Run and manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, etc.
    • Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize for ROI.
  • Content Strategy:
    • Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers to create high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars).
    • Ensure content aligns with the overall brand strategy and drives engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
    • Support the development of sales enablement materials and resources.

Requirements
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 8+ years in marketing, with at least 3+ years in a startup environment.
  • Expertise:
    • Strong experience in brand building, digital marketing, and SEO.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.
    • Proven track record of designing and executing successful lead-generation campaigns.
    • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and creative thinking abilities.
    • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
