Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quoting Coordinator responsible for preparing and managing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing customer requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of quotes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage quotations accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information
  • Analyze customer requirements and ensure timely delivery of quotes
  • Maintain records of quotations and update the status of quotes in the system
Key Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of technical specifications related to hose pipes, valves, fittings, hydraulic & pneumatic components
  • Experience with ERP systems is an asset
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
