We are seeking a skilled Tender Manager to oversee the entire tender process.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the tender process from start to finish, including creating categories, uploading products, and facilitating e-tendering. They will also handle Requests for Proposal (RFPs)/Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and respond accordingly. Additionally, they will submit documents on various portals, including GeM, CPP, MP, Defence, and State Govt.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tender Preparation & Submission:
    • Prepare and submit bids, bank guarantees, Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDRs), and Demand Drafts (DDs) as per tender requirements.
    • Clarify bid conditions and ensure alignment with company requirements.
    • Analyze tender documents, prepare comparative statements, and attend pre-bid meetings.
  • Vendor Registration & Coordination:
    • Liaise with government departments for vendor registrations, approvals, and renewals.
    • Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and quotations.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Prepare drawings using Coral Draw/Photoshop.
    • Manage filing, calls, and administrative tasks, such as salary/attendance registers.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and communication in English and Hindi.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with e-procurement and tendering.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
  • Experience liaising with government bodies is a plus.
