Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Control Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will design, configure, program, install, and troubleshoot HVAC Controls and Electrical SCADA systems in data centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project scopes of work, schedules, and levels of effort (LOE) to meet customer requirements.
  • Manage scope, schedule, finance, and execution of Building Management System (BMS) improvement projects in data centers.
  • Assist in procurement activities, including requests for quotation/proposals and purchase orders.
  • Support Controls projects related commissioning activities in data centers.
  • Conduct engineering analysis and research designs and methods of data center equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure designs and installations meet requirements.
  • Develop data center vulnerability remediation playbooks for control system designs in conjunction with IT teams.

Candidate Profile:

A Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience is required.

Excellent understanding of industry-standard electrical and mechanical systems used in data centers, as well as controls/monitoring systems.

10+ years of experience in designing, configuring, programming, installing, troubleshooting, or servicing HVAC Controls and Electrical SCADA systems application-specific controllers, BMS Controls software, and networks.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
