  • Your primary focus will be on developing and overseeing personal branding strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and professional personas.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute personalized branding strategies for clients, incorporating their unique needs and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of interns to ensure seamless execution of activities, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.
  3. Review and approve posts, comments, and engagement plans created by interns, maintaining high-quality standards.
  4. Provide comprehensive training to interns on best practices, including writing, engagement, and analytics.
  5. Monitor interactions and respond promptly to maintain professional relationships across platforms.
  6. Analyze performance metrics to measure strategy effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and present findings to clients.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in profile management, content creation, and audience engagement.
  • Proven ability to guide and direct a team to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrated strength in creating impactful strategies and overseeing their implementation.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills to craft compelling content.
  • In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn's features and functionality.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies.
