- Understand customer needs and provide tailored explanations on how BluPack's services can benefit them and their families
- Educate customers about our healthcare solutions, address their inquiries, and track sales data for trend analysis and improvement opportunities in lead conversion rates
- Support marketing and sales initiatives by developing presentations and materials
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer engagement strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Interest in sales and healthcare technology
- Experience in a similar role of about 3-5 years
