We are seeking qualified professionals to join our coaching network as 1099 contract providers. Our mission is to help individuals and organizations thrive by eliminating barriers to mental health.

As a coach, you will partner with our members in a safe, non-judgmental space that facilitates exploration, self-discovery, and growth. You will deliver tele-coaching sessions to support members in developing insights and skills necessary to create meaningful change and thrive in areas that matter most to them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide structured life and/or wellness coaching sessions to clients via video or phone.
  • Support adults in setting goals, building confidence, and encouraging action to achieve their goals for common life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and keep track of session notes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, licensed clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team whenever needed.
  • Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, disabilities, and genders.
Requirements:
  • Actively credentialed with a globally recognized coaching body, including International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Association for Coaching (AC), or other regionally accredited bodies following similar professional and ethical standards.
    • Minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience required.
      • Adaptable across various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing related challenges.
        • You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of support, including NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
          • You're comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
            • You are committed to quality care, want to expand capabilities, and increase effectiveness by being informed of client progress or challenges.
              • You like working independently, but also enjoy having the support of a team and opportunities for connections and collaboration with other coaches.
