Job Title: User Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user acquisition, with a proven track record of driving profitable growth through precision targeting, smart bidding, and relentless creative iteration.

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to lead paid growth across multiple channels, including Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Unity Ads, and Applovin. You will be responsible for developing and managing budgets, analyzing deep-funnel metrics, and adjusting strategy based on true value generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid UA campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop and manage budgets with the goal of maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analyze deep-funnel metrics and adjust strategy based on true value generation.
- Run sophisticated creative testing and iterate on high-performing ad types.
- Build robust attribution models and cohort analyses using AppsFlyer or similar tools.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of user acquisition experience in casual mobile games or performance marketing with a strong ROAS mandate.
- Deep expertise with Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, and rewarded video networks.
- Track record of scaling UA with positive unit economics.
- Strong analytical mindset with fluency in Excel, cohort models, CAC/LTV analysis, and predictive ROAS models.
- Familiarity with attribution platforms and key metrics.
