About the Role

The Training Supervisor plays a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing training programmes. Key responsibilities include assessing organisational needs, designing curriculum, delivering training, and evaluating effectiveness. Collaboration with department heads to address skill gaps is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  2. Curriculum Development: Design and create engaging training programmes and materials.
  3. Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, adapting methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  4. Training Evaluation: Evaluate programme effectiveness, collect feedback, and recommend improvements.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, enhancing existing programmes.
  6. Budget Management: Manage training budgets, sourcing external providers if necessary.
  7. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant qualifications; Project Management desirable.
  • Proven team management and change management experience.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in virtual training platforms.
  • Experience in B2B customer service.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in customer satisfaction surveys, audits, and corporate training.
