Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for a junior professional or an intern looking to gain hands-on experience.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining complex data models and creating powerful business intelligence solutions for our diverse client base.

You will translate raw data into a well-structured and reusable data layer, ensuring our clients have the information they need to make informed decisions.

This role offers the opportunity to work on varied projects and contribute directly to client success from day one.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust data models to create a single source of truth for our clients' data.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that meet client requirements and business objectives.
  • Connect to various data sources (e.g., BigQuery, Azure SQL, APIs) and define relationships and data transformations within data modeling tools.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize code and queries for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Assist in sales analytics, lead tracking, or project reporting as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 0.5–3 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying solutions with Looker and LookML.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery, Azure SQL, or other relational databases).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling principles and experience with various data sources.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to self-manage tasks effectively.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
