Job Title: Data Analyst and Reporting Specialist

This is a senior-level position that involves developing data models, creating reports, and building dashboards in Power BI. The successful candidate will have expertise in SAP HANA, strong knowledge of data architecture, and experience with ETL processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop data models to support business processes within the SAP HANA environment.
  2. Build reports and dashboards in Power BI, leveraging underlying data models and CDS views.
  3. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
  4. Optimize data structures and ensure data consistency, integrity, and availability.
  5. Support integration of data across multiple systems and platforms.
  6. Participate in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to data models.
  7. Ensure compliance with data governance, quality, and security standards.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in data modeling with strong expertise in SAP HANA
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting, visualization, and building interactive dashboards.
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, schema design, entity relationship modeling, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with SAP data structures, CDS views, and Fiori analytical apps
  • Experience with ETL processes, SQL, and system integrations
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
