Job Description
  • Develop and Implement Quality Control Procedures: We are seeking a Senior Manager to create and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures that ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and Analyze Processes: Regularly review and analyze operating processes to identify areas for improvement, ensuring our organization stays ahead of the curve.
  • Conduct Audits and Inspections: Perform regular audits and inspections to guarantee adherence to established quality standards, maintaining our reputation for excellence.
  • Coordination with Departments: Work closely with various departments to address quality issues and implement effective solutions, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Prepare Quality Reports: Compile and present quality reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Train Staff: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on quality control processes and standards, empowering our staff to excel in their roles.
  • Ccustomer Feedback: Review customer feedback and implement necessary changes to improve service quality, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations and standards, mitigating risk and maintaining our integrity.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong Organizational and Communication Skills: The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Process Writing, Audit / Process Assurance, and Quality Assessment: A strong understanding of process writing, audit / process assurance, and quality assessment is essential for this role.
  • Ability to Analyze Data and Identify Trends: The ability to analyze data and identify trends is crucial in this position, enabling us to make informed business decisions.
  • Detail-Oriented with Strong Problem-Solving Skills: This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex issues and find effective solutions.

Key Relationships Management (Internal / External)

  • External Process Writing Vendors: Build relationships with external process writing vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Internal Cross-Functional Teams: Foster strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams to promote effective communication and collaboration.

Desired Qualification and Experience

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree (any stream), MBA or equivalent is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, process management, preferably in the life insurance sector, showcasing a proven track record of success.
