Project Manager / Scrum Master Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead our IT Infrastructure Engineering team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Agile and Scrum best practices across teams by leading bi-weekly sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain clear, prioritized backlogs and sprint-ready stories with Product Owners and technical leads.
  • Foster continuous improvement in delivery cadence and collaboration among teams.
