Job Description:

As a skilled manufacturing professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring seamless coordination between various teams and stakeholders. Your expertise in panel fabrication and wiring, coupled with your ability to monitor and troubleshoot manufacturing progress at vendor sites, will be crucial in driving our operations forward.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical scheme drawings, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in team and resource management. With a background in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, you will be able to effectively evaluate vendor capacity, develop process improvement initiatives, and lead panel wiring, testing, and modification activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-6 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes like fabrication and powder coating
  • Strong understanding of electrical scheme drawings
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in team and resource management, along with basic computer literacy
