Min 5 years experienced Structural Fabrication Supervisor to oversee shipbuilding, with expertise in structural drawings and fabrication processes for our Kolkata & Goa locations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage fabrication team activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and production target timelines.
- Review and interpret structural drawings accurately.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Monitor welding processes, ensuring adherence to welding techniques and quality standards.
- Implement QA/QC procedures to maintain high-quality production.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
