Senior Renewable Energy Project Director

As a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development, execution, and delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects within our portfolio.

This strategic leadership role demands a deep understanding of technical knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complete lifecycle management of projects from concept to commissioning and handover to operations.
  • Develop and manage project execution strategies, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory approvals, grid connection requirements, and environmental standards.
EPC Vertical Oversight (Interim)
  • Manage and support EPC engineering, procurement, and construction functions until a permanent EPC head is appointed.
  • Ensure EPC deliverables meet the projected costs, quality, and schedules of commitments.
Technical Oversight
  • Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure design optimization for cost efficiency, performance, and reliability.
Management & Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary project team and build a delivery-first culture.
  • Allocate resources effectively across multiple concurrent projects.
Contractor Management
  • Collaborate with Contracts & Procurement teams in vendor evaluation, prequalification, and contract governance.
  • Provide technical inputs and risk assessment to ensure project-specific risks are effectively addressed within contract structures.
