
Strategic Operations Manager

As an administrative executive, you will be responsible for:
- Managing office supplies and printing stocks by placing orders after conducting thorough negotiations.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for the team while ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Developing effective relationships with vendors to support program needs through strategic partnerships.
- Negotiating favorable rates for quality services that meet business objectives.
- Designing and implementing efficient filing systems for confidential documents.
- Providing timely updates to employees on travel-related matters.
- Booking meeting rooms as required to facilitate seamless communication among team members.
- Effectively distributing and storing correspondence to maintain organization and compliance.
- Supervising junior staff and guiding them to achieve their full potential.
- Supporting other teams with their day-to-day requirements to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensuring venue bookings in advance for events to avoid last-minute rushes.
