Executive Support Specialist

The primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies serves as the Office of the MD. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams across the organization to ensure cohesive implementation of the MD's strategic goals.
  • Communications, Partnerships & Outreach: Provide insights and feedback to the executive team based on observations and interactions across departments.
  • Board Support & Liaison: Serve as the administrative liaison to the Board of Directors, ensuring compliance with bylaws and maintaining discretion in relationships with board members.
  • Senior Management Liaison: Participate in senior management team meetings, coordinate agendas, and facilitate cross-divisional coordination of Strategic Project Management.
  • Communication and Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with team members, partners, and clients, drafting high-quality correspondence that reflects the MD's voice and vision.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a passion for internal and external communications, partnership development, and making a positive impact.
