Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across sales, warehouse, and telecalling functions to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Manage and mentor team leads, providing guidance and support to Sales Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Telecallers.
  • Design and implement growth strategies, including cross-selling and upselling initiatives, to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Optimize operational flows, from order management to last-mile delivery, to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor financial metrics and ensure cost-effective operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with leadership on long-term growth plans, contributing to the development of strategic initiatives and programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a reputable institution.
  • Strong background in operations and finance, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills, able to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a strong track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
