Event Marketing Lead

We are seeking an experienced Event Marketing Lead to lead the execution of online events, webinars and masterclasses. This role involves overseeing the entire event funnel from audience acquisition to show-up rates.

This is an opportunity for a skilled marketing professional who can drive audience engagement and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end online events & masterclasses, ensuring seamless execution and excellent attendee experience.
  • Develop high-performing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, WhatsApp broadcasts, SMS campaigns, in-app push notifications and community posts.
  • Craft compelling event communication copy that resonates with the target audience.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure event success, including stakeholders and vendors.
  • Analyze event performance and optimize continuously, identifying areas for improvement and brainstorming new ideas to increase reach and engagement.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and reporting post-event, providing actionable insights for future events.

Requirements:

  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling and email writing skills, with ability to adapt to different tone and style requirements.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, audience psychology and content performance, with ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative problem solver & ideator with hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, WebEngage, WhatsApp APIs and CRMs.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills, with ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience running high-volume webinars or online workshops, with ability to manage large audiences and complex logistics.
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, etc.), with ability to create visually appealing content.
  • Background in EdTech, SaaS or community-led growth, with ability to leverage industry knowledge and connections.
