Expert Escalation Specialist

We seek a highly skilled Expert Escalation Specialist to resolve complex customer issues and drive business outcomes. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently resolve critical customer issues, major interruptions, and client-impacting events
  • Prioritize all related escalation tasks effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated situations efficiently
  • Develop strong partnerships internally with Sales, Services, Support, and Engineering
  • Mentor junior staff on escalation best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline/work experience
  • 8+ years of experience as an Escalation Manager or Incident Manager in a Support environment
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and active receptive listening skills
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), empathy, proactivity, and ability to advocate for clients and internal teams
