
Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled digital marketing professional to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns across various channels and industries.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms, including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. They should also have a strong grasp of attribution modeling, bidding strategies, and remarketing techniques.
You will work closely with our design and content teams to brief high-performing creatives for DTC, e-commerce, F&B, Hospitality, and Corporate/B2B clients. Additionally, you will drive marketing automation efforts using email/SMS/WhatsApp/CRM flows, cart recovery, and lifecycle journeys.
The successful candidate will have 3-7+ years of experience in digital performance marketing with proven results. They should be analytical, with excellent communication skills, and comfortable owning outcomes and explaining the 'why'.
Responsibilities- Own end-to-end digital marketing efforts across multiple channels; scale what works, kill what doesn't.
- Build media plans & budgets; manage daily pacing with clear targets on ROAS/CAC/MER/CTR/CVR/AOV/LTV.
- Set up and maintain tracking & attribution (GA4, GTM, pixels, UTM discipline, conversion APIs).
- Lead CRO: landing page hypotheses, A/B tests, heatmaps, form frictions, and offer/creative iterations.
- Partner with design/content to brief high-performing creatives for DTC, e-commerce, F&B, Hospitality, and Corporate/B2B clients.
- Drive marketing automation efforts (email/SMS/WhatsApp/CRM flows), cart recovery, and lifecycle journeys.
- 3–7+ years in digital performance marketing with proven results (case studies/ROAS improvements required).
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Search Console, Looker Studio.
- Strong grasp of attribution, bidding strategies, feed/catalog management, and remarketing.
- Experience across DTC & e-commerce, F&B, Hospitality, and Corporate/B2B (LinkedIn Ads).
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication; comfortable owning outcomes and explaining the 'why'.
- Klaviyo/Mailchimp, WhatsApp campaigns, Hotjar, Mixpanel/ Amplitude. Basic SEO & landing page best practices; light HTML/CSS a plus. Experience coordinating influencers/affiliates and UGC creative pipelines.
