What You'll Own (Individual Contributor with Leadership Flair)?

Drive performance marketing strategy & execution across key platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, managing multi-account campaigns with precision and creativity.

Dive deep into analytics—from GA4 to SQL, attribution models, and performance data—to constantly sharpen campaign ROI and CAC.

Mentor rising talent and collaborate with cross-functional teams, while still leading from the front as a hands-on contributor.

Engage with US/UK clients, demonstrating top-tier communication skills and strategic leadership.

Thrive in a fast-paced start-up where each day brings fresh challenges, high-impact decisions, and opportunities to drive strategic growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

You are a seasoned marketer with 5–7+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally in B2C/e-commerce. Skilled at running and optimizing multi-account campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and mentoring others on best practices. Highly analytical, with solid experience in GA4, SQL, and building and evaluating attribution models

Confident in handling US/UK clients, bridging strategy and communication with finesse.

A stellar communicator, team collaborator—but fearless in owning outcomes as an individual contributor
