We are seeking an automation professional to join our team at Norwin Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in using tools like Python and Ansible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated solutions using Python and Ansible
  • Develop and maintain complex scripts to automate various tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on automation
  • Proficiency in Python and Ansible, as well as other programming languages (e.g., Java, C, C++, Go)
  • Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, including integration
  • Experience with API integration, particularly with storage APIs
  • Expertise in managing incidents, changes, and problem management in critical environments
  • Familiarity with SAN technologies, including VMAX, VNX, HP 3par, Cisco, and Brocade
  • Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with objectives
  • Excellent debugging and trouble shooting skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Fiber Channel SAN technologies
  • Knowledge of IP-based block storage, including Solidfire, ScaleIO, and Powerflex
  • Basic UNIX management skills
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
