We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to join our innovative team based at their new Global Service Centre.

  • Job Title: QA Automation Engineer
  • Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week (Gurugram, Delhi - India)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented QA Automation Expert (Python + Selenium) to join our dynamic and innovative team based at their new Global Service Centre based in Gurugram, Delhi – India. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of mission-critical applications by designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automated test solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated tests for UI, API, integration, and performance testing.
  • Enhance and expand the existing test automation framework.
  • Analyse requirements and build comprehensive test scenarios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.
  • Execute automated test scripts and analyse outcomes.
  • Continuously improve the automation strategy and processes.
  • Document test activities and log detailed defect reports.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a QA Automation Specialist.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Python, NUnit, and RestSharp.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and tools like Postman or Swagger.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Working knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality.

Agile & Project Management Competence:

  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Active participation in Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews.
  • Collaborative approach in cross-functional teams including developers and product managers.
  • Understanding of backlog grooming, prioritization, and Agile lifecycle test planning.

  • Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
  • Equipment: Laptop provided (however you may need your own equipment for the first initial weeks of employment)
  • Location: Hybrid – 3 days in the office Gurugram (remote at first)
  • Business Trips: Could include some travel to the UAE. All expenses covered
