Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Selenium automation efforts. As a Senior Automation Framework Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable Selenium automation frameworks using Java or Python.
  • Create automated test scripts and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines leveraging tools like Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
  • Develop data-driven, hybrid, or BDD frameworks using TestNG, Cucumber, or JUnit.
  • Perform cross-browser testing and ensure compatibility across different environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering, defect identification, and problem resolution.
  • Analyze and debug test failures, generate detailed reports, and maintain test documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in test automation and software quality assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing automation frameworks (BDD, data-driven, hybrid).
  • Experience with API automation testing tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Git.
  • Proficient with test management and reporting tools like TestNG, Allure, or Extent Reports.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
