Job Title: Automation Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to contribute to the design architecture of automation projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 17-20 years of experience in Test Automation with hands-on knowledge of different automation tools, including Selenium, UFT, Web Services, Soap UI, and API testing.

A strong background in Core Java is required, along with hands-on experience with data-driven and keyword-driven automations.

The successful candidate will promote QA productivity through automation tools and best practices, assist in ongoing process improvement efforts, and lead the definition, implementation, and maintenance of standard test automation processes, methodologies, tools, and templates.

Additionally, the candidate will work with teams on automation strategy and tool kit selection, perform code reviews, verify coding standards, and mentor junior and senior software quality engineers.

Familiarity with BDD Tools like JBehave or Cucumber, CI Tools like Jenkins, Database testing, and Built tools like Gradle or Maven is a plus.

Excellent communication, documentation, and customer-facing skills are essential for this role.
