Job Title

A highly skilled and experienced Automation Specialist is required to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex automation projects ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Create and implement advanced automation systems and processes to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an automation role with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
  • Technical skills including RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, and AWS S3.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders.
