Automation Specialist Role

As an automation specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative automation solutions to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing automation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation processes during project development stage.
  • Model and develop automation solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to designing and developing the Automation framework at framework level.
  • Update and maintain Developer Standards around automation best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain automation post-implementation and resolve potential issues during testing runs.
  • Set up testing and monitoring automated workflows.
  • Produce process documentation to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward.
  • Ensure quality automation using Quality Assurance.
  • Able to do preliminary analysis of failures and identify defects.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of hands-on experience on automation tools like UiPath Testing Capabilities, UiPath Test Developer.
  • Certifications preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in any programming languages like VB Script, Java Script, Python, etc.
  • Ability to design technical specification documents for Automation Projects.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology.
  • Understanding of workflow-based logic.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Superior time and task management skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
