Employee Relations Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in developing and implementing Employee Relations practices and people strategy. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and employees, and possess the ability to analyze and resolve complex employment-related issues.

This role involves building and maintaining positive relationships with existing business consultants, implementing sound resolutions, advising and influencing management on employee relations decisions, evaluating and reviewing employment decisions, generating business leads, and designing and implementing trending analysis and ER metrics models.
