Job Description

A Human Resources Manager oversees the administration of employee-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate end-to-end hiring processes to meet operational needs.
  • Ensure timely deployment of resources to support business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top performers.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage HR workflows, including attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Design and implement performance evaluation systems to drive growth and development.
  • Support managers in setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and employee development plans.
  • Address performance-related issues proactively and effectively.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters engagement and productivity.
  • Resolve conflicts and employee grievances promptly and fairly.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • IDentify training needs based on business goals.
  • Coordinate training sessions and skill development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and track employee progress.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, labor laws, and safety standards.
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management review and strategic planning.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data ethically.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with changing business needs.
  • Communicate policies clearly to all employees, promoting understanding and compliance.
  • Monitor adherence and recommend improvements to optimize HR operations.
