Job Title: Senior Associate-Marketplace

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of brand management in e-commerce platforms.

  • Responsible for driving sales and revenue growth on multiple E commerce platforms such as Nykaa, Meesho, etc.
  • Conduct market research, understand competition and market trends.
  • Responsible for product cataloging, A+ content, and search engine optimization of listings.
  • Manage relationships with related personnel within the designated marketplaces with Internal and External Stakeholders.
  • Optimize shipments/POs to reduce stock-out time and save costs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and work with management & seniors to forecast future performance.
  • Handle Inventory management in case of deficits.
  • Collaborate with brand/creative team for inputs related to marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of managing e-commerce sales, with a degree in BTech/BCom/MBA or other relevant field.

A bachelor's/master's degree is required. It is an added advantage if you have interest and willingness to learn about the beauty & personal care sector. Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate objectives and needs of the brand to all stakeholders are essential. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is also necessary.
