  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimise costs and enhance revenue.">
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality of produce and experience to customers.">
  • Implement and monitor KPIs to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.">
  • Leverage technology and innovation to streamline operations and improve service delivery.">
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.">
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.">
Requirements:
  • Engg/MBA professionals with 2-5 years of experience in pure play Key Account management roles with end-to-end responsibility.">
  • Managing rural areas sales exposure is preferred.">
  • B2B sales exposure in FMCG/Ecommerce industries with hands-on understanding of credit facilities.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Strong first principle thinking ability to identify and solve problem statements end-to-end.">
  • Should have managed operations, with a track record of bringing process efficiency.">
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.">
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.">
  • Strong desire to travel across rural areas in the assigned geography.">
