Marketplace Strategy Lead

As a key business partner, we are seeking a seasoned marketplace expert to spearhead our strategic initiatives on multiple Quick Commerce platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing market-driven strategies that drive revenue growth and optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive market research and analysis to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product cataloguing, A+ content, and search engine optimization strategies to improve visibility and listings.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketplace strategies.
  • Work closely with the operations team to manage shipments/POs, reduce stock-out time, and optimize inventory management.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Oversee key account management, category management, and catalogue management to drive business results.

  • Proven experience in the beauty and personal care sector is highly valued.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey business objectives and needs to all stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external partners.
