Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and execute strategies for growth through Meta Ads campaigns.

This role involves driving performance by creating compelling ad creatives and campaign structures, setting up attribution setups, coordinating ad executions, collaborating with design teams, monitoring key metrics, and offering actionable insights on competitor D2C strategies and consumer trends.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing effective ad campaigns across Meta platforms
  • Setting up robust attribution systems to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to brief or review ad creatives
  • Analyzing key performance indicators to inform growth strategies
  • Providing actionable insights on competitor D2C strategies and consumer trends
About the Role

This is a pivotal position at an ecommerce growth accelerator that helps global challenger brands scale profitably across marketplaces and D2C platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing, a basic understanding of platforms like Shopify and Meta Ads, a creative eye for ad design and content hooks, detail-oriented skills with strong coordination and communication abilities, and a willingness to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience working with real D2C brands, exposure to full-funnel growth strategies across platforms, mentorship from cross-functional experts, and the opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance.
