Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media initiatives across multiple platforms. This role demands a data-driven strategist who can maximize return on investment, scale campaigns, and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Manage search, display, social, retargeting, and marketplace advertising campaigns.
  • Define, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators such as return on ad spend, cost per acquisition, click-through rate, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value.
Optimization & Growth:
  • Conduct A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance performance.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns, budgets, and bids for cost efficiency and ROI.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and compliance requirements.
  • Identify new growth opportunities in paid media, automation, and omnichannel marketing.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Ads Manager, and marketplace dashboards.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations through detailed performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Work closely with content, design, and product teams to create impactful creatives and landing experiences.
  • Collaborate with sales and category teams for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and offers.
  • Mentor junior team members and external partners to achieve campaign excellence.
