Key Responsibilities Partner Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned marketplaces (Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, etc.- Build strong relationships with category managers and partner teams to align on growth strategies and campaigns.
Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Ensure accurate, timely listing of new products with complete content (images, descriptions, attributes, size charts).
- Monitor and update product details, pricing, and availability to maintain accuracy and brand standards.
Promotions & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, sales events, and platform-specific offers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, pricing approvals, and inventory readiness.
Marketing Activations & Visibility
- Align with marketplace teams for brand visibility spots and seasonal campaigns.
- Track performance of marketing activations and optimize ROI.
SPF & Claims Management
- Manage Seller Protection Fund (SPF) claims, returns, and dispute resolutions with marketplaces.
- Minimize operational leakages through timely claim filing and follow-ups.
Reconciliation & Reporting
- Track and reconcile marketplace payments, returns, and penalties.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports including sales trends, returns, and operational KPIs.
Supply Chain & Operational Efficiency
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely order fulfillment and adherence to SLA.
- Monitor cancellations, returns, and stock-outs; take corrective actions to improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, seller dashboards, and e-commerce workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Myntra Partner Portal, AJIO Seller Panel, Nykaa Seller Dashboard (or similar).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and reconciliation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
