Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a National Skill Development Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a real difference in the lives of millions of people.

The role will involve overseeing the expansion of our skill development programs across multiple states, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and impact. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase reach, engagement, and outcomes, as well as managing a team of professionals who will support you in this endeavor.

In addition to your leadership skills, you will also have expertise in operations management, education technology, and stakeholder engagement. You will be able to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and lead teams to achieve their goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education Technology, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of 15+ years in leadership roles with direct responsibility for retail expansion and operations, P&L management, team building and leadership, and creating and implementing SOPs.
  • Demonstrated experience in working on large-scale projects with direct, measurable targets and calendar-driven deliverables.
