National Process Manager Role Overview

The National Process Manager leads process engineering, safety, and sustainability initiatives across manufacturing plants. Success is defined by effective process design and optimization, seamless execution of new plant setups, and measurable improvements in operational efficiency and safety.

Key outcomes include enhanced process safety compliance, reduced environmental impact, improved plant performance, and strategic alignment with business goals through data-driven insights.

Requirements

This role is based at any of our plant locations: Wada (Maharashtra), Vizag (Telangana), Thiruvallur (Chennai), Harohalli (Bangalore), Oragadam (Chennai), or Jagadia (Gujarat).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical); B.Tech/BE from IIT preferred.

Experience: 10 years in process engineering, process Optimization & Safety, and sustainability roles in manufacturing.

Essential Skills

  • Strong expertise in process design, process engineering, and process safety assessments.
  • Familiarity with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and process safety frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MIS reporting tools.
