Compensation Strategist & Rewards ManagerJob Description:

This role involves developing, implementing, and managing compensation structures (fixed, variable, incentives, retention plans) aligned with business objectives and market competitiveness.

Conduct benchmarking, salary surveys, and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and manage compensation structures (fixed, variable, incentives, retention plans).
  2. Conduct benchmarking, salary surveys, and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  3. Design and manage employee benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement, wellness, etc.).
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of benefits and recommend changes in line with employee needs and cost optimization.
  5. Drive annual compensation review cycles (increments, promotions, and bonus payouts).
  6. Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure fair, transparent, and performance-driven reward systems.
  7. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, and company policies.
  8. Maintain governance and documentation for compensation & benefits programs.
