Job Description\

As a key member of our career prep team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students towards their dream careers. We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader who can develop and implement effective plans to enhance student profiles, soft skills, and interview skills.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Develop strategies to improve student resumes, cover letters, and soft skills to maximize their chances of selection.\
  • Enhance existing student profiles by planning regular career planning sessions and interviews with vendors and in-house resources.\
  • Source opportunities for students aligned with their profiles and specialization.\
  • Analyze placement outcomes and student performance to refine training methods and support services.\
\Required Skills & Qualifications\

We are looking for someone with exceptional planning and strategy skills, who is energetic, empathetic, and results-driven. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, presentation, networking, and persuasion skills, as well as 5-7 years of experience in building corporate tie-ups for placements in Ed-tech or career-tech companies.
