Senior Legal Strategist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Legal Strategist to spearhead our legal function and drive strategic partnerships.

  • This position demands exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and strong operational skills.
About the Job

The successful candidate will serve as the custodian of all legal strategy, execution, and governance across our entities and investment platforms. Responsibilities include:

  1. End-to-End Transaction Ownership: Lead all legal documentation and execution for investment transactions.
  2. Fund Structuring & Entity Formation: Design and advise on structuring for new funds, SPVs, and cross-border vehicles.
  3. Legal Infrastructure & Digital Systems: Implement and upkeep a contract lifecycle management system.
  4. Litigation, IP, and Governance: Manage ongoing and potential disputes, oversee our IP portfolio, and provide legal counsel for board governance.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • 10+ years of progressive legal experience across corporate law, transactions, entity structuring, and fund formation.
  • Prior exposure to venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or family office ecosystems is preferred.
  • Exceptional command of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory nuance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-context negotiations and execute legal workstreams at speed and scale.
  • Proven team builder with a sharp operational mindset and high attention to detail.
  • Proficient with contract lifecycle tools, digital documentation systems, and cloud-based legal operations.
  • Law degree from a reputable institution; CS qualification is a plus.
