Key Role Summary

We're building a new arm of our marketing team focused on fast-paced growth. This role is about combining strategic thinking and hands-on execution to generate measurable outcomes.

You'll work across multiple brands, identifying the highest-impact opportunities, experimenting quickly, and optimizing for results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth initiatives across websites, SEO, local listings, content, remarketing, and conversion optimization
  • Prioritize speed-to-experimentation and velocity-to-impact
  • Build and refine systems that generate and convert demand across digital channels
  • Design and execute agentic workflows that free up time for higher-value strategic and creative work
  • Work with agencies and partners, holding them accountable to real business outcomes
  • Surface insights through reporting, and translate data into smart, actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal team members on high-priority projects across brands
  • Proactively identify emerging tools, trends (especially AI-driven), and strategies that give us a competitive edge
  • Build, optimize, and scale AI-powered workflows to accelerate content, testing, and insights, while continuously improving agent performance through prompt engineering and iteration
