Hardware Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardware Design Manager to lead our hardware design function. This individual will be responsible for the development of high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective hardware solutions for our products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic hardware design, with expertise in power electronics, schematic capture, PCB design tools, and hardware simulation. They will also have excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

This role requires strategic planning, execution, and delivery of hardware projects in alignment with business goals. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, DFM/DFT principles, and EMI/EMC compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain hardware architectures and specifications for our products.
  • Lead the design optimization process for cost, manufacturability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with firmware teams to define hardware-software interfaces.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of power electronics, schematic capture, PCB design tools, and hardware simulation.
  • Experience in leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
